Laurel Clement, LPC
About me
Are you feeling overwhelmed, affected by stress, anxiety, or relationship conflicts? Is depression getting in the way of enjoying your everyday life? Together, we can work toward solutions to get you unstuck and living a more peaceful, enjoyable life.
If past trauma or limiting beliefs and behaviors keep you in distress, I will empower you to reframe the negative narrative to a place of well-being.
You're in the right place to be heard, to start feeling better, more grounded and reconnected with your life.
I enjoy working with individuals - from young adults to seniors. My work targets trauma recovery, limiting beliefs, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, grief, life adjustments and relationship issues.
We will collaborate on treatment goals that are easy to understand and easy to apply to your everyday life, including optional practice exercises to try in-between sessions.
My experience in trauma-informed counseling has included combat veterans, adult children of childhood abuse, and those suffering from immediate stress such as mass shootings or natural disasters, and ongoing stressors from adverse experiences.
If you're seeking faith-based counseling along with your clinical counseling, I am Catholic and offer Christian-based assistance.
Take the first step toward help. Contact me for more information through your betterhelp portal or https://www.betterhelp.com/laurel-clement/
I look forward to meeting you.
