Lauren is very professional. She helps me get to the bottom of my feelings and she asks me tough questions sometimes. She picks up on things that I don’t realize and helps me think of things in different ways.

Lauren Dicair is a fantastic therapist. Lauren is very caring to put your needs first and make sure you are comfortable. Everyone deals with healing differently and she seems to pass no judgment. Lauren gives empowering thoughts and ideas. I can open up to being human with my emotions again, and I know she's here for that.

Lauren is AMAZING. I feel so healthily challenged and cared for by her. I've been in therapy since I was 8yo, and I've had the most refreshing experience with Lauren. I can't believe how much work we've done in such a short time! Most healing I've ever done. She's respectful, thoughtful, attentive, and just really good at her job. Book her!!!

She has been amazing to take down the wall that I have build around me, myself. Her approach is warm and she somehow always manages to say the right things, which in turn helps me to understand myself better.
