Lauren is a person that is truly called to therapy work. Trustworthy, compassionate, and enabling; those are the words I would use to describe her. By enabling I mean that Lauren is fantastic at helping you find the strength in yourself, enabling you to meet your goals. She meets you where you are. The progress I’ve made with her as my therapist is astounding, and I’m thankful we crossed paths.

I love Lauren! I’m so happy that I got her as my therapist! She listens and is attentive and interacts in ways more than just “how does that make you feel?”! She gets it and I don’t have to explain certain things which is nice!
