Lauren is warm, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. She creates a safe environment and I feel comfortable talking about anything and everything with her. The coping skills, homework assignments, and perspective she's given me have helped so much already, I can't recommend her enough!

Lauren is an amazing therapist and individual. She is extremely knowledgeable and knows exactly what to say and how to help her clients. I have been working with her for a little over three months now and she has supported me more than anyone one ever has in my life. I can trust her and she makes me feel like I can continue forward and that I am worth something in this world. Lauren talks with such kindness and compassion and truly cares about her clients. She is definitely amazing at what she does.

Lauren is fantastic. I have been in therapy before, and always had a bad taste about it in my mouth due to previous judgmental therapists. So I haven't been to therapy in 15-20 years. Lauren broke that fear in me. She really listens to me, I feel I'm talking with a friend. I have never felt so positive and happy in my life than I have with this last month of therapy. It is something I will continue to do for myself, and so happy Lauren is there to help me through it!
