I have many serious mental health issues and therapy doesn't work well on me but I tried this and Laurie has been great. I've definitely been able to delve deeper and talk about things I had more difficulty talking about before

Lovely therapist! Laurie and I often could bounce between the heavier subjects and some light hearted reflection. She sent me worksheets to do when I had troubles, which is a nice way to solidify thoughts. She’s a very kind person.
