I am licensed in Tennessee with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, eating disorders, & anger management. I also have experience working with depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I also work with clients to discover their strengths which can be utilized to assist them on their healing journey.
