About me

Hello! I am a Clinical Social Worker in Michigan with more than 10 years of experience in a variety of settings and roles. I’ve worked with individuals and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, ADHD, ASD, relationship and parenting concerns.

I think that life is like a river. Sometimes we get trapped by a rock or other obstacle in the river and struggle to get free. Sometimes the current is too fast and we can’t keep our head above water or we have lost connection with our current. We can end up on the side of the river, unable to see the next move or the way ahead.

Years of experience in a wide range of settings and roles has taught me that we all have capacity to be the catalyst for change in our life. I look forward to developing a relationship that supports building capacity and competence in navigating the river of YOUR life.
