LeAnn Taylor, LPCC
About me
Hello there! My name is LeAnn Taylor and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with in Ohio with over 10 years of experience working as an individual and family therapist. I have worked with clients and families with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD and behavioral problems, relationship and parenting issues, as well as career challenges and substance abuse. I am also a certified trauma-focused therapist and have helped many people who have experienced physical, sexual and emotional trauma or abuse.
My passion is for helping people through their most difficult times in life. When working with the clients I take a collaborative approach and treat our relationship as a partnership of growth and development. I believe that you must have a safe, open space to share and express yourself freely, as well as gain insight and realistic, yet positively communicated feedback without judgment.
For many of the clients that I work with, one common theme and barrier when coming into counseling is feeling alone, unheard, and often unsupported, specifically by those who are supposed to help and care for them. They often feel stuck, confused or have trouble knowing what to do next, but express that no one understands their situation. Therefore, I strive to ensure that all people I work with feel included, respected, cared for, and listened to, most of all when they are expressing their feelings and deepest challenges.
Exploring your thoughts and feelings in counseling takes courage and helps you tackle tough situations. Also, will help you to push past the pain of the present, to see the promise of your future.
I am here to help you work toward change, face daily challenges and develop a positive outlook on life. I look forward to working with you!

LeAnn is an amazing counselor, I knew I needed help but wasn't sure if counseling could help me., and it absolutely did. she was very welcoming, understanding, and had a lot of knowledge to help me through my situation.

LeAnn has been very supportive and has helped me in the simplest ways.
I very much appreciate the time we have in our sessions.

I was skeptical with this platform because I am use to face-to-face sessions. Putting that aside, my experience with my counselor has been more than I expected, in the virtual meetings. She’s better than anyone I’ve dealt with in the past outside of Better Help.

LeAnn has extensive experience in supporting both children and adults with traumatic experiences; therefore, there is nothing that will come as a surprise to her. She listens and follows-up with her clients and is available based on the need of the individual.

She has been very understanding and non-judgemental...highly recommend her. Online counseling just wasn’t for me.
