About me

Hi there, I'm Leanne; as an integrative psychotherapist, you will always be greeted with a warm, empathetic and non-judgemental environment.

Your reason for looking for me to stand with you? is for me to walk alongside you to help you achieve a more peaceful mindset to help in your everyday life by working through your worries, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Overthinking or Personal growth.

I have assisted thousands of people with working through the root cause of their anxiety, depression and trauma with therapy by talking and using tools; some clients have reported their overthinking being eradicated towards the end of therapy, which significantly reduces anxiety. You should leave therapy with me, having the tools for life when life really does get in the way.

I know this is not an easy thing for you to do, to reach out for therapy. Changes and events in life can leave us feeling overwhelmed and uncertain of what's to come, which then leaves us feeling unsettled and anxious or have feelings of depression and worry, that feeling of dread. I will be with you by offering this safe space for you to talk and help you process your thoughts and feelings to bring you to a calmer, more peaceful mindset.

I am an integrative person-centred counsellor and have undertaken training in CBT, Solution Focused, Narrative psychology and Couples therapy. This means I can integrate modalities that suit the presenting issue for you as and when needed and collaborate with you.

Along with my own life experience, I have had training in Domestic Abuse through Woman's Aid and First Light. Penhaligons Friends with Greif work.

I was sceptical and scared to start therapy, especially online but I have had nothing but a fantastic experience with Leanne. She has made me feel safe and comfortable from day one and I come out of our sessions feeling so much better every time.

Leanne's presence and her kindness is so soothing for me as I unpack various issues in my life. I appreciate her ability to listen, to ask questions, and to strike to the root of a matter I found too tangled or complex. I'm grateful to have her help at this time.
