About me

I have been a therapist for the past 36 years. It takes courage and skills to ask for help. I have worked in numerous settings in New York, Florida, and Trinidad and Tobago. I meet people where they are in their personal lives and have learned throughout my years of experience that each person is unique. I was educated at Adelphi University in Long Island, New York, and have been privileged to work with exceptional people throughout my career. It is always a pleasure to help people to find solutions to their interpersonal issues, I truly believe that all issues have a solution. I have the capability to work with anyone especially adults and individuals who have committed crimes. I use different modalities to work with people. Get to know me.
