I was apprehensive about betterhelp, and the quality of therapist that I might find. As a person who has been in and out of therapy my entire life, I've seen some absolutely terrible therapists. Layer in the complexity of my faith being extremely important to me, and having it be a stumbling block with some previous therapists in the past. I was blown away by Lenore almost from the start! She has been so instrumental in a new period of tremendous growth for me, and she identified things that no other therapist has identified in 40 years. She was very literally Heaven sent! Thank you so much Lenore!

Written on Nov 17, 2022 after therapy with Lenore for 2 weeks on issues concerning depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, intimacy-related issues, and coping with life changes
I was skeptical about counseling via a video format, but Lenore was able to put me at ease immediately, and establish a comfortable and “safe” relationship. She used a number of different techniques in our sessions, providing Biblical support, prayer and homework (all at my request). After a couple of sessions with Lenore, I recommended her to my husband. We both have benefited immensely from her counseling & highly recommend her.
