I am originally from Illinois but licensed in Texas and have worked as a social worker in various settings for over 20 years. I am proficient in the Spanish language and have worked closely with Hispanic individuals and families so am knowledgeable with cultural beliefs and traditions. I have worked with youth and families in foster care and adoption, in schools, and with both youth and adults in medical facilities. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and depression.
