About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Marriage and Family Therapist, a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor and a Certified Clinical Supervisor in the State of New Jersey, also trained and practices EMDR therapy.

My experience in the field of helping profession as therapist and relationship skills coaching span over 30 years. I have wide range of experience working with couples, families, children and adults in individual and group settings. Of the many years of experience in the field, I am most proud of my overseas and at home support of America’s service members and their supporting families.

The therapeutic tools I communicate to my clients are being non-judgmental, understanding, respect and empathy. I also guide the clients to understand the source of un-acceptable behaviors so they can be accountable for the decisions they make and be clear how they can modify their behavior to enrich their lives.

I consider it a privilege to help others identify their needs and focus on the problems or issues they want to work on, empower them to find their strength and develop the skills they need to be more in control of their life.
