Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Lianne Flood. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Lianne has been an excellent therapist. She approaches our sessions with grace and humor, which makes talking about difficult situations a lot easier. She really humanises the challenges I’ve experienced, rather than making them feel like a diagnosis. She understood quickly where my experiences have caused certain mental models and normalised the responses I have had to traumas. This small act of normalising responses has been the biggest help to realising there’s nothing fundamentally wrong with me at my core, and that I can re look at how I want to view the world now that I’m no longer living in my trauma. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Lianne is a very patient and kind listener. She gives you space to share your thoughts, but also has a good sense of steering the conversation in a different direction if it becomes too unfocused. My phone calls with her have really helped me so far, honestly more than I thought was possible in such a short amount of time. Thanks to her insightful questions, I'm slowly starting to get a clearer picture of my own behaviours and the reasons why I might engage in them. I feel totally supported and heard, and I appreciate it very much. Thank you!

Lianne is absolutely fantastic. She is wonderfully respectful, she always listens and actually challenges me to improve. She's the best therapist I've ever had.

Lianne is a very kind and non-judgemental when she voices her suggestions or criticisms. She has a distinct way of guiding a person through the journey of self-discovery, and I was surprised to come across a few issues which I had missed to acknowledge by myself.
Most of her advice has worked for me pretty well, and I am definitely on a path to bettering my mental state.
Moreover, she is responsive and quick to accommodate any clashes in schedule.
