This is the first time I use a therapist and it has been a lot a help. Lidia's interactions are so smooth, meaning she lets you act and talk normally without out her pulling forcefully and making weird.

I love working with Lidia! From our very first meeting she made me feel comfortable and secure, and she continues to help me work through issues I didn’t even realize were issues! Sessions with her are so comfortable they feel like I’m talking to a close friend.

I just started therapy and I have a lot going on. But she made me feel really comfortable really quickly and I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. She's a good person.
