About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor and a Chemical Dependency Counselor in the State of Texas with over 30 years of experience in the field of counseling.
I specialize in depression, grief and loss, crisis counseling, addiction issues and relationship issues. If you are an individual or a couple looking for a serious, get to the truth of the issue, healing and personal advancement, please contact me for immediate support.

As your therapist, I begin with a Client-Centered approach with a mutual commitment to yielding strong, meaningful and lasting results. Using Mindfulness and classic psychodynamic interventions, you will build awareness around the impact of your thinking. These tools can and will help support the change you seek.

I have worked with people attempting to become clean and sober for the past 30 years and feel that direct and honest communication is the key to success. Facing addiction, be it alcohol or drug, is a courageous challenge and a challenge that ongoing support can help.
Don’t be hesitant to ask questions to address addiction problems.
