I am a licensed independent social worker based in Massachusetts with over 22 years of professional work experience in hospital, school and community mental health settings. I have experience in helping clients with issues including stress and anxiety, addictions, relationship issues, grief and loss, & depression. My treatment approach is primarily based on a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Client Centered Therapy.
