I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor who has been practicing in Arizona for twenty years. My experience includes
providing individual and group therapy to adults and adolescents in the areas of Life Management Skills, Mental Health Concerns, Career Path Development, Addictions, Domestic Violence, Relapse Prevention and Anger Management. I believe in a multi-modal therapeutic approach that assist clients in identifying and nurturing strengths they already possess. A strong therapeutic alliance between client and therapist is essential as well as a holistic approach to treatment that focuses on the mind , body and spirit in balance. It is my belief that a body in balance leads to greater self-esteem, self-awareness and self-acceptance.

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for LINDA Pollack. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

AlI absolutely love Linda & through the course of our therapy session I feel like she gets me. I feel like sometimes I just want to be mad, sometimes I don't want to talk about it, and the funny thing is we've bonded like a couple old ladies (all we're missing is the tea/coffee & there's a significant difference in age).. I dunno about you, but I love feeling comfortable enough to slowly let stuff out (when/where I'm ready).. She is all that & then some ❤️ I thank you, Linda! Thanks for caring

Linda is quite literally the best human you will ever meet. I've only had a couple interactions with her and she simply just gets it. She is awesome and has great words of wisdom, 10/10 rec!

She has a way of demonstrating total understanding off of what doesn’t seem like much info. It is hard to explain, but after only a few sessions, her insight had me in tears of awe. Highly recommend Linda!

Linda is great! I really struggle to communicate, especially with issues I have and she makes it so easy. Judge free zone - and she’ll also make you laugh!
