About me

I specialize in helping people get past their "stuck points". We all have stuck points and blind spots. We all do things that cause us to say to ourselves, "I wonder why I did that!"

I have worked in the mental health field and specifically in the area of trauma since 1997. My areas of expertise are in trauma disorders and how these disorders also present as anxiety, depression, chronic illness, pain, and plethora of presentations that are based in trauma. Most of which the general public are not aware of.
All of us have experienced some kind of trauma or neglect in our lives. That's because we're human. We make mistakes as people, as parents, as imperfect but beautiful beings. This affects how we see and feel the world around us. It is often the impetus behind any of our behaviors. This can also affect our performance in school, sports, interactions with families and friends. But most of us have no idea how to deal with the effects of, or metabolize the emotion in a way that restores our full equilibrium.

I utilize somatic-based therapies, EMDR, Trauma Model therapy, brain spotting, DBT, CBT and Ego state therapies. I work with children and adults of all ages. Don't let your own fears hold you back from reaching your full potential!

Linda’s calm and grounding energy coupled with her somatic expertise has propelled my healing journey where I was previously stagnant and stuck. She gets it. This isn’t your traditional talk therapy in the mind, she helps guide you to feel the sensations in your body, identify the triggers and nurture the other versions of yourself that need comforting, love, safety.

Where all others told me “wow you have a very complex history, heavy big T”- She was the first to tell me this healing is simple.

And she has bamboozled me in the best way. Divine timing in our paths crossing.
