About me
Sometimes life becomes overwhelming, and that can lead to feeling lost and alone. It can be difficult to know where to turn, and how to find the right help. I often work with people who are facing depression, anxiety, or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). You might be experiencing sadness, discouragement, or anxiety that interferes with your everyday life. While each person has their own journey to go through, you are certainly not alone, and you don’t have to feel this way forever. With therapy you can begin to climb out of isolation and start feeling like yourself again.
My goal is to empower you by helping you find your own path to self-acceptance, growth, and change. I believe in evidence-based techniques shown to help people get better rather than just spinning in place. For example, CBT and DBT techniques help people work through areas where they feel stuck, while learning new skills to cope with almost any situation.
I offer more than 20 years of experience as a therapist. My role is to accept you as you are while you work towards your goals. I know it can sometimes feel as if things won’t get better, but you deserve to be happy and whole. With the right support you can get to a place where life is worth living.
