I focus on treating individuals, couples, and families on how to manage stressors and build resiliency behaviors to counter stress and how they react to it. Changing lifestyle behaviors and patterns is difficult. I offer tools to facilitate and motivate clients in order to facilitate change. I help identify an individuals strengths and empower them to succeed by focusing on lifestyle-related behaviors that must change for improved health.
