Linda Spalding, LMHC
About me
I have been a licensed therapist for over 25 years. I have worked in a variety of settings including private practice, residential, intensive outpatient and partial hospital programs. I have worked with individuals, couples, families and groups for both corporate and nonprofit employers.
I work primarily with addictive disorders (both chemical and process), mood disorders, trauma, post traumatic stress disorders, relationship and work issues, gender disorders and active duty military and veterans.
I use several different therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and solution focused therapy. I do not believe in a "one size fits all" approach. I will work with you to find what works for you.
