About me

Hello! My name is Lindsay :)
Our mind and body interact on so many levels, so I tend to use a very holistic approach to treatment. I also like to work with you to find out what you are looking for with treatment. Life can be really overwhelming sometimes, I want to help you on the journey of finding yourself, giving yourself love, and changing things that you want to change. I have a wide range of experience, I would say my areas of expertise lie in: anxiety, self-love/worth, mindfulness, personality disorders, communication, relationship issues/couples counseling, life transitions, work stress/compassion fatigue, and depression. Lindsay is easy to connect with, and I felt right away that she understood what my concerns and needs were. Our conversations were helpful right from the start, and she helped me start working through some issues I needed to figure out. I really enjoyed and looked forward to our sessions as well.
