About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas working in private practice. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, PTSD, attachment trauma, LGBTQIA+ population, advocacy, autism, and parent-child interactive therapy. One of my passions is helping patients access their own power, finding solutions that work for the individual person or family, and helping people from a systemic and advocacy-based perspective.

My therapy style is warm, kind, and humanistic. I believe that everyone is capable and powerful, and I don't believe everyone should be labeled unless it helps them find explanation or identity for wellness. My approach combines solution-focused, trauma therapy, and belief in the person and the path they choose for their treatment to take.

It takes courage to seek solutions for yourself or your family and to take the first steps in a positive direction. If you are ready to rediscover your power, remember that you are capable of hard things, and choose solutions that work for you, I am ready and willing to help you, your children, or your family.

I can't wait to meet you, and look forward to working together towards goals that work for you. Just remember how capable you are!

I loved working with Lindsay! Due to financial constraints and a crumbing relationship I need to switch over to couples counseling but when money is less tight I absolutely intend to return. She was warm and comforting while giving me very effective advice and tools to help with my issues. Thanks for everything

Lindsay has been incredibly helpful in identifying some of the roadblocks I have in my life and always provides multiple solutions to these for me. She always helps me look at my life from a different perspective and address some parts of my life that I might have other ignored.

I've struggled with reaching out for help, and I tend to end up with a therapist I don't mesh well with. Lindsay is so welcoming and engaging. I feel safe, comfortable and confident with her.
