My experience working with Lindsey has been absolutely amazing. I started therapy for the first time in my life after losing someone very close to me and being unsure of how to grieve and go through the process. And I continue to do so because every week, its an opportunity to catch up with myself and figure out what is going on. Lindsey is a perfect mirror to reflect upon any subject that comes up. She is a great listener, helps you dive into points that you don't even realize are significant in your thoughts and recognize patterns that appear in different facets of your life. I really look forward to our session every week and feel so much weight off my shoulders each time we meet. I can't recommend her enough!

I have been seeing Lindsey for almost a year and she has been fantastic. She’s helped me improve my relationships with my family and significant other and also work through stress and anxiety related to the pandemic and moving. She is patient and kind and helps guide me through uncomfortable feelings and work towards personal growth.

I worked with Lindsey a long time and would describe the experience with one word "incredible". It had been hit or miss with counselors on BetterHelp until I came across Lindsey. Always extremely professional, positive, and really listens to guide you to the answers you are looking for. I feel I have grown tremendously in working with her and also feel it was casual / relaxed enough that our conversations were fun / something to look forward to. I highly recommend Lindsey to anyone looking to work through things. A true asset to BetterHelp.

Wow, Lindsey is so incredibly amazing. I’m always looking forward to our sessions. It’s hard not to see change right away, especially when I’m the type of person that needs to see it instantly. That doesn’t happen though. In therapy we are given the tools to creat new and better habits for ourselves and it’s okay to constantly be trying because one day I’m going to look back and think, dang I’m different and I’m the best version of myself right now. And ya know who I can thank for the great insight and deep dives on my behaviors and how to require my brain? It’s Lindsey.
Lindsey is kind and caring. She also has a way of making me think deeply and openly about what’s going on in my life. And that helps her see who I am and figure out better ways to help me. I was in a really bad spot when I started therapy in late March, now I can already see improvements and it’s only the middle of July. Four months seems like a long time, but looking back it flew right by. And I have both myself and Lindsey to thank for this slow, but inspiring transformation.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Lindsey Hoffman:) Ive been treated by several psychiatric professionals, and Dr. Hoffman is far and away the most helpful, intelligent, and compassionate provider I have ever met. I have ADHD, and generalized anxiety & panic disorders. Shes amazing at providing me with exercises that improve the detrimental thoughts and behaviors associated with my past trauma, my self esteem issues, and my crazy anxiety. I have benefitted SO much from that. She also has tons of really helpful coping strategies. Shes gotten me through alot of crappy stuff this last year, mainly my husband's deployment. Dont know what Id do without her! Thanks doc :)

lindsey is a beautiful soul and a great listener. you can really tell she is present with you in the moments you are being most vulnerable. she offers nonjudgmental guidance & information that is beneficial to helping you understand yourself better. an expert in her field, she gets to the point with the things she says and doesn’t waste any time in articulating her thoughts all while being sensible and mindful to your experience.
i’m so grateful that i found someone who encourages me to practice meditative healing techniques and an overall spiritual/mindful approach to resolve issues within myself. she offers many other approaches specific to your needs
as well as prompts and well thought out questions for you to reflect on to get the most out of your experience after each session. i have personally found this method to be most helpful in my journey and although i have only been working with her for a short amount of time, i have seen a tremendous amount of mental, emotional & spiritual growth. i’m so excited to see how much progress i will achieve with someone as wonderful as her to guide me. thank you so much lindsey !!

There is NO human on the planet who is a better listener than Lyndsey, she's a pro. Instead of telling me how I should live and act, she guides me towards the things I want to achieve using the steps and goals we identified together.
Lyndsey is amazing!
