I’ve spoken to about a handful of therapists. None of them have had the capacity to handle my situation sadly :( I was beginning to lose hope. Until I met with Lindsey ! She’s been upfront about my recovery needing a lot of work, which I appreciate the honesty. but she has not shied away, checked out, or disengaged one bit. She dug right in from day one. She has helped me with insight, suggestions, and most importantly validation for the things I’ve been feeling. She’s a proactive listener, really laid back, provides a comforting environment. She’s really patient and understanding but also commands respect in the way she carries herself. I just love it. I love our working relationship. It’s a breath of fresh air.
