About me
I am a person-centered counselor with ten years of experience working with individuals experiencing depression and anxiety and helping people become their best selves. In addition to mental health counseling, I have experience as an academic coach and advisor helping students be successful in college. I've also worked as a vocational rehabilitation counselor helping individuals with disabilities find meaningful work. I have a strong desire to help others meet their life goals. I am a communication expert who can help improve your relationships. Additionally I am a mediator with professional mediation training through the US Department of Justice.
