I have had the opportunity to work with clients for over 19 years in the clinical and school setting. I use a multidimensional approach to help facilitate the healing process. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence and coping with life changes. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Each individual is unique and different, and requires an individualized approach that best fits their needs. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and can help develop positive coping strategies which empowers people to make positive changes.
