I am a Mental Health Counselor Licensed in Virginia with experience in direct care for over 30 years. I have worked with individuals, families and groups. I specialize in working with Depression, Anxiety, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective disorder, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD and personality disorders. I have a very much patient centered approach and do not believe in judgement. I normally use a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioral, Rational Emotive Therapy, Solution Focused and Mental Health Recovery and Wellness approaches.
