About me

A Licensed Therapist and Nutritionist/ Registered Dietitian in Florida & Utah with 38 years of professional work experience, my expertise is in helping professional and "life" athletes optimize performance for sports, work and relationships.
My approach is holistic, using a variety of tools--EMDR, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, breathing, Nutrition Therapy and Reiki practice to work through anxiety, stress, trauma, overtraining syndrome, energy and injury issues; building motivation, self esteem, and confidence.
It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and take the first steps towards a change. I believe that each one of us are the experts of our story, my role is to help clients draw on their strengths to help them overcome the issues holding them back from achieving their personal best.

I’ve tried therapy several different times switching therapists and practices. Just when I was ready to throw in the towel I was matched with Lisa. We’ve made huge strides in not only my mental health journey but also my overall health. She has several different techniques I’ve never been introduced to as well as the ability to actually connect and help me open up. With past therapists I’ve had a hard time opening up or knowing where to even begin but with Lisa it has come very natural to discuss concerns. Specifically she had supported my sobriety, anxiety, depression and relationship issues. She’s never late never rushes me always remembers past conversations we’ve had and takes the time to work with me one on one even when don’t have appointments scheduled.
