I’ve tried therapy several different times switching therapists and practices. Just when I was ready to throw in the towel I was matched with Lisa. We’ve made huge strides in not only my mental health journey but also my overall health. She has several different techniques I’ve never been introduced to as well as the ability to actually connect and help me open up. With past therapists I’ve had a hard time opening up or knowing where to even begin but with Lisa it has come very natural to discuss concerns. Specifically she had supported my sobriety, anxiety, depression and relationship issues. She’s never late never rushes me always remembers past conversations we’ve had and takes the time to work with me one on one even when don’t have appointments scheduled.

I really enjoy my time with Lisa; I feel like she genuinely hears and understands my concerns. She listens to me and offers advice that I can implement immediately. We're working on both short term goals and long term healing which is amazing.
