Lisa has been my therapist on BetterHelp for over two years now. She has been there for me through and through. Since our first session, she has helped me to better understand how my traumas have impacted me. Through educating me on that, she’s helped me to overcome many difficult times and combat anxiety. I love how we are able to talk about serious topics, our Christian faith, and have some good laughs too. I am so grateful for Lisa’s support and I don’t know where I would be today without her help getting me here!

I have nothing but great things to say about Lisa and to put it into perspective I’m going to attempt to use an analogy.
Lisa is like the anchor to my boat, it can be so easy to be pushed down stream by the current of my negative thoughts but she is always there to keep me from going too far. No matter how strong the current may be some days she is always there to keep me afloat.
I hope this analogy does her justice because she really is great at what she does.
