Lisa is so kind! She listens to what you have to say and what is going on in your life. She is able to relate to situations even if it seems so small. What I like the most about Lisa is that she is open to sharing about herself too so the conversation just feels like you are talking to a good friend that cares and wants to know how they can help and it's not weird like when your in an office with someone making you feel uncomfortable. I'm sure there are people who know exactly what I'm talking about. Lisa is totally chill.

Lisa has been a rock-star. She is always there to provide support in a positive and supportive manner. My primary reason for discontinuing her service has nothing to do with her, and everything to do with my current financial situation. I would recommend Lisa is a heartbeat to anyone seeking counseling for similar issues.

Lisa is a wonderful counselor because she listens with empathy and helps plan with me how to approach a situation. She understands on a higher level that a medical diagnosis does not make for a canned solution in therapy. She truly gets to know you first and then works with you to develop healthy approaches and skills. She has helped me immensely.

I have struggled with addictions to food and substances since my teens and was having a really difficult time. Covid-19 quarantine, heath problems, depression, anxiety family issues and childhood trauma were converging on me to put me in the worst shape I'd been in for 20 years. I connected with Lisa, and between her kind advice and her directives to get additional professional help, I'm feeling really joyful and light. I'm dealing with issues that I couldn't look at before, with her support. She's a true light in my life. I highly recommend her.
