When I have therapy with Lisa, I feel heard, understood and in a safe environment. She offers me many alternative solutions to my problem with a variety of skills and strategies. Moreover, all her guidance is personalized to my own needs (which has not been the case with my previous therapists). Her presence is so sweet and warmth. Finally, the most important thing for me is that I can rely on her and trust her with anything. She has always been there for me regardless of the time difference. For the first time in a long time, I am not afraid to ask for help and I am excited to go to therapy.

I have been struggling with some very complex issues but no matter how badly I’m struggling that day, I always leave my session with Lisa feeling better and with some more optimism for the future.
