Ever since I’ve started therapy with Ms. Lisa, I’ve been improving sooo much… her methods help me to achieve what most people say is a lot in such a little time, she is a very great listener and she definitely makes me feel safe to tell her anything. I normally keep things in but I love how I’m able to just let everything out and get all the guidance I need to keep conquering my life, and mostly my emotions. I’m super excited and grateful for all she does for me.

Working with Lisa has been transformative. When I met Lisa I was feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, depleted and completely off balance. Professional and personal demands were pushing me to a breaking point. Lisa helped me clearly identify, understand and address harmful habits and mindsets that kept me stuck. Her straightforward, pragmatic and compassionate approach was just what I needed. She provided strategies that resulted in noticeable improvements while creating a safe space for me to do the hard work on myself. I highly recommend Lisa.

Lisa Meyer is very insightful and her experience, coupled with her ability to assess to diagnose is more than impressive. She does not hold back if you are wrong and that is important. To me, I’ve been wrong over the years and not known it and she helped me see that. Therapy isn’t about coddling or agreeing with the patient. She sees so quickly the situation and points out what needs to be pointed out. She does this in a way that makes you reflect and feel comfortable sharing, continuing the process, and find solutions.
