About me
Hello and welcome! My name is Lisa Müller, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and Wisconsin. I have eight years of professional counseling experience and over twenty years working in the academic setting. In my over twenty years of working in education in Wisconsin and Texas, I have worked as a bilingual specialist, instructional coach, graduation advisor, as an academic high school counselor and as a private therapist. I have specialized in guiding students in career and higher education choices, aiding students at risk of not graduating, and individuals in their struggles with stress, trauma, and grief. I am committed to reinforcing a growth mindset and choices. I am dedicated to developing mental, emotional, and behavioral goals in collaboration with my clients. My expertise has been in helping clients with stress and anxiety, attachment Styles, trauma and abuse, ADHD, test taking skills, career exploration, life choices, motivation, and self-esteem. You do not have to go through this alone. I am here to support you, guide you, and help you work through past trauma, release old shame, and create a new way of being of being able to show up daily as the truest version of yourself. It is my opinion that personal narratives are powerful. You are the expert of your personal narrative, and you hold numerous strengths that will assist you on your journey.
