Lisa Rowley, NCPS, BACP
About me
I have been counselling for over 4 years, working with young people and adults. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, depression and have experience supporting young people and adults who have experienced domestic violence.
My goal is to create a non-judgemental and empathetic environment where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and emotions. Through our conversations, we can work together to identify the root causes of your struggles and develop a plan to address them.
I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I am here to listen to you with an open mind and help you to explore your feelings in a safe and supportive way.
Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage and I will be there to support you. You do not have to face your challenges alone.
