Lisa was a great therapist. She listened to my struggles and we worked through them at a pace that was right for me. She provided me with tools that i will continue to use to keep moving me on the path forward. I would recommend Lisa for anyone that feels they are having some communication and affection problems at home.

I don’t have much experience with therapy but I have talked to lots of mental health professionals in my life and all of them were so passive aggressive and seemed judgmental but Lisa makes me feel heard like she wants to hear what I have to say and gives me very helpful feedback and helps me set realistic reachable goals
