Lisette is extremely accessible and doesn’t make me feel like a “patient.” If I get sidetracked or distracted, she notices and brings me back to reality. Lisette is unlike any therapist I’ve had before. I feel safe and safe to be honest, no matter the feelings attached to what I’m talking about. She doesn’t use all the topical and contemporary jargon and just gets down to the point. Direct. Which is helpful for when you shrouded with depressive or anxious thoughts. She’s always helps me feel better when I’m stuck and ways to make me feel more in control when those moments happen.

Lissette has a very practical and no nonsense approach to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She has a wide range of tools and approaches and keeps me engaged in my work between sessions with thought provoking material surveys and suggestions that support the work we are doing.
It took me a long time to find the right therapist, but she is definitely the one I need in the trenches with me. From being quite lost, Lisette has helped me find my voice and develop the self awareness and care practices I need.

Lissette is really amazing. She seems to really listen to what I am saying and is so understanding! I haven't had to over explain anything to her, she gets it right away. She is so intuitive and goes at YOUR pace, she does not push or make things uncomfortable.
