Lizelle Fischer, LPC
About me
During my graduate years, I trained at a mental health facility in a variety of areas, helping adults, couples, teens, and families explore and work through habitual patterns or an unexpected crisis. They learned coping skills to be able to support themselves or their loved one's through symptoms of mental health and sometimes addictions. The training provided me with the ability to truly focus in on what a client was trying to accomplish during therapy and help them to succeed in their goals. Having that as a foundation, my treatment style blends and implements research proven treatment modalities and interventions that are conducive to helping my clients develop the skill set to maintain long-lasting change.
I structure my counseling with the premise that the foundation of a good therapeutic relationship requires that the client feel comfortable and trust the therapist they choose in order to truly benefit from counseling. In turn the client is able to safely and confidently explore their issues which can help them identify their authentic self and to know their purpose in life.

Ms. Fischer is kind and helpful. She listens and takes in what I say as the patient to help me through each step of the way. I would recommend her to anyone who tries this form of counseling.
