About me

Hello and welcome. If you are ready to begin this journey, I look forward to the opportunity to work with you in making positive change in your life. You have already started the work by seeking out the therapist that best meets your needs.

Having begun work as a therapist in 2008, I have found that people often seek me out when they have reached the point where they are ready to live more fulfilling, authentic, joyful lives. Having been trained in a wide range of modalities, I have found that an eclectic approach is usually most therapeutic. It is often helpful to use a Humanist approach to do the deeper and more meaningful and lasting work. I am also able to provide Choice Theory with CBT, Person Centered with Psychotherapeutic, or Mindfulness according to what the client is working towards. Ultimately, my strength is found in being flexible and adapting to best meet you where you're at in the moment.

I look forward to talking with you!

Very good

Written on Jul 20, 2024 after therapy with Logan Sage for 2 years and 1 month on issues concerning depression, and stress, anxiety

Sage is a lovely therapist to talk to and with. She's always actively engaged in whatever I feel like talking about on the days of our sessions, she validates my reasonable fears and encourages me to discard unreasonable ones, and she provides in-depth and nuanced responses whenever I feel like I have a lot to talk about between sessions. I knew from the first session that she would be a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend her enough.
