Lora Kelley, LMFT
About me
Lora Kelley is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has over 15 years of experience working with a wide range of mental and behavioral health concerns. Lora completed her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy at St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. She is passionate about empowering women through life transitions, and supporting adults, and couples to address their unique challenges and live more fulfilled lives. Areas of expertise include family issues, parenting, divorce, blended families, relational concerns, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. Lora's therapeutic approach is integrative, utilizing many modalities of therapy to provide the most effective and individualized therapy experience for each client. A few therapeutic approaches while incorporating an evidence-based practice are strengths-based, solution focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, systemic therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. We all go through difficulties in our life.
During Lora’s off times, she enjoys camping, hiking, and traveling. In the evenings, she enjoys going on long walks with her husband and rescue dog Walter.
I believe clients are a large part of their own healing process, and that clients determine their goals in the session. I look forward to working with you!
