About me
I am licensed in New York with 11 years of professional work experience as Mental Health Counselor with Diagnostic Privilege. I have worked in different settings such as Family court, Crisis Centers, Outpatient substance use program and outpatient mental health clinic. I have worked with multi-disciplinary teams that consist of Family court system, ACS, NYPD, ADA's, Psychiatrist, Psychologist, and school personnel. I am trained in CBT, Mindfulness, T-CBT, MI, Psychotherapy, among others. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, coping with grief, coping with loss, & depression. I also have experience working with coping with life changes and challenges that we may experience. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I work with clients of all ages and ethnicities that may be experiencing different stressors such as relationships, family, work, school and others.
