Aloha! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Hawaii with over a decade of experience. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating every individual with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, and coping with life changes. I believe that you are the expert of your life’s story and have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
My approach combines person-centered/humanistic and cognitive-behavior therapy. Together we will address the challenges you are experiencing and create a treatment plan to achieve emotional wellbeing and improved quality of life.
