Lori is extremely thoughtful and an incredible listener. She understands where I'm coming from as a patient and offers validation when it is needed and advice to grow as a person. I come out of our sessions feeling really good, and that's something I really needed.

Lori has given me some practical, easy to put in place ways of coping after just a couple of sessions. She is genuine in her concern and also supportive while still asking me to dig a bit more into things. She seems warm and friendly and I enjoy our sessions.

Many years of therapy over the last 20 years yet I've never felt more at ease when having a session. With Lori it doesn't feel like 'a session' , rather a catch up with a caring relative or other person I have respect for. Lori seems to give a genuine part of herself. The caring seems to travel right through the phone or video. I am a fan of Better Help and its ability to expertly match therapists to clients. They checked every single box when matching me with Lori. Dive in. It's not scary. Even when it feels scary you'll be in safe hands.
