Dr. Whatley was crucial to my recovery for so many years! She helped me understand my sexual addiction and also take practical steps to begin and continue in my recovery. She always had so much positive energy that no matter what was happening, my meetings with her were a big part of keeping on track and continuing recovery.

Lori is an excellent therapist. I highly recommend her. She helped me so much in a much shorter period of time than traditional talk therapy. Betterhelp and their therapist offer many different approaches to therapy other than just talking. There is writing, meeting face to face, worksheets, homework, book recommendations. Highly recommend Lori and Betterhelp.

My time with Dr Lori has been literally life-changing. When I first started working with her, I was confused, depressed, going through so much turmoil in my life and I was drowning. Slowly, with her wise counsel and guidance, I've been able to regain clarity, find my own strength, gain confidence to make important decisions, and cope with the challenges I've faced. She has been firm but fair and kind, and I really appreciate working with her. I've even recommended her to family and friends.

Dr Whatley's compassion, wisdom and expertise have been truly transformative to have in my life. While I came to her looking to be told what to do, and how to be to feel better. She has, and is, gradually helping steer me towards finding those answers within myself, and a greater gift I could not ask for.
