About me
Hi. Thank you for coming to my page.
Are you experiencing difficulties in your personal relationships, including those with partners/parents/children/friends/work? Or maybe you're bereaved and struggling with losing a loved one? Do you have any health or mental health issues (anxiety/depression), or maybe you're neurodiverse and perhaps newly diagnosed with Autism/ADHD/dyslexia and struggling to come to terms with this? Are you 'mid-life' and this is bringing up certain issues? Then, maybe I can help.
I have a lot of lived experience of all of the above issues, and more. In addition, I am a Jewish therapist based in the UK but lived in Israel for a number of years, (still with some Hebrew) so can empathize in particular with issues relating to that.
I am trained as a Person-Centred Counsellor, with experience of supporting clients with all of the above issues, and more, and through building our connection and working together, we can gently start to explore what is really happening for you and slowly work towards you feeling better. We may need to look at the past to gain insight as to what is happening in the here and now and why, or we may work on strategies for the present and the future.
Whatever you're struggling with at this time, and whoever you may be, please know I will walk beside you through this difficult time, offering a warm, non-judgmental, non-directive safe space. Thank you for reading my page.
