About me

Psychophonetics Counselling helps you to come to know yourself and empathise with yourself more deeply. I listen to you using my own energy system, somatic awareness and empathy to hear you more deeply, to help you to hear yourself more deeply and to come to new understanding of what it is you are working with. With this understanding unfolds a clearer sense of where it is you are really wanting to develop/change or grow, in the light of the challenges you are facing. Every challenge or issue is an opportunity for growth and within these sessions, together we come to know your growing point.

Psychophonetics can help you to know the ground you are currently standing on, so that you can be clearer in your choices of how you would like to move forward.

I've had a couple of sessions with Louise now. She listens with kindness and expertly cuts through to the real core of what I am saying. I have found her somatic approach to be truly freeing and I look forward to working with her more.

Louise is wonderful, she's very supportive and caring. She has a way of communicating and processing my thoughts and communicating what she's hearing back to me..that is pretty amazing.

Louise is a wonderful therapist. She has helped me immensely in reconnecting with my inner voice and trusting myself. I feel a lot more empowered and grounded. Prior to therapy I felt a lack of fulfillment and like a passenger in my life. But now I am feeling confidence and it has improved all aspects of my life. I have learned how to form meaningful connections and show up authentically in relationships. Could not recommend more, thank you Louise!

Louise is easy to connect with, her guidance is kind and honest. I feel she really helped me identify the issues I struggle with and she's gentle at helping me navigate them and trust my process. Lucky to be matched with Louise! :)

Really love her approach as it is different to what I have experienced in therapy before. We did a few somatic exercises that have been transforming.

Working with Louise has enabled me to finally address sources of extreme stress and the feeling of being an imposter in my day-to-day life, having struggled with it for a decade. Her particular form of therapy creates space for focusing on a 'problem' from many sides, and I have found this openness to be extremely generative inside and outside of the session time. While I could identify my 'problems' before the session, the pace of my life and my own feelings of vulnerability meant that I was unable to unravel them and allow myself time to emotionally acknowledge them. With thanks to Louise, i'm now excited to make time to cultivate the things that make my life meaningful.
