Listens with a measure of gentle guidance. There is a comfortable environment along with validation and re assurance that there is no "right way to do grief, or time line ".

I’ve had fourteen sessions with Lucretia DuBose, so far, and the therapy has been very helpful. When I started therapy, I was feeling very depressed, regretful, and hopeless since selling my home in Southern California a year ago, at my daughter’s urging, and moving to Georgia to live with my daughter and her family.
Lucretia helped me to figure out why I had made that decision. Understanding why I made that big decision just six months after my husband died was a breakthrough.
I’ve been journaling as Lucretia suggested which has helped me to recall the issues I want to discuss. She has also encouraged me to leave her a note if I have any questions or concerns between sessions.
I highly recommend Lucretia DuBose for anyone who is seeking therapy with a caring person who listens and who genuinely wants to help.
