Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Luz Lavado. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I love the way she has insight that I never even thought of and it’s always so true. She’s definitely a great person aside from being a therapist. Very obvious she cares.

Luz is really great. I honestly didn't know what to expect when I started, but she made me feel comfortable immediately. Like a a lot of people I know with similar backgrounds to me, I come from an upbringing where the mindset around therapy has been, "only people who have serious emotional/mental problems go to therapy". That couldn't be further from the truth. Luz has become my team mate, a sounding board for interactions with the people in my life. She helps me to understand why I might be feeling a certain way and offers up an unbiased viewpoint that is sometimes difficult to see when emotions are involved. As they say, it is sometimes hard to see the forest through the trees. Luz helps me see the forest.
