Lycedia helped through a tough period in my life. She always encouraged me to contact her on better help if I was having a difficult day. Her responses were quick and always helped me. Often our appointments were longer than 30 minutes but she was always ready to listen to me.

Lycedia is a wonderful therapist. She is everything I wanted and needed. I felt very comfortable within the first couple of minutes we spoke. Her values and morals are in alignment with mine so we connected on many levels. She was compassionate and helpful from our very first session. Her concern for my issues were very benevolent. She is always available for me without hesitation and checks on me. Her equitable manner made certain topics easier to address head-on, which I really needed and appreciated. Her observations allowed me to really stop and consider my perspectives in a way I hadn't before. Lycedia gives me clarity and support through such a difficult time in my life, not only mentally, but emotionally and spiritually. After every session, I look forward to our next one. When I first started therapy, I wasn’t sure how it was gonna go. I was afraid. But, Mrs. Lycedia has been a tremendous help to me. She listened to me and made me feel heard. I’ve cried, and laughed with her, and have thoroughly enjoyed our sessions so far. She’s given me homework to do, and it’s been a big help also with making me actually think things through and realize my feelings about things. She’s helped me to gain more of a confidence in myself and let me know that it’s okay to just say no and take time for myself. I have more things I need to address, but having her as my therapist and guiding me, I know I’ll get through it. Thank you!
